Increasing Connection

Some people struggle with connecting, and that’s okay. Everyone has their strengths… and quirks. Author Bob Goff says the way to achieve your goals is to help others achieve theirs. So if you want other people to connect with you, try some of these things to connect with them. Learn attunement. First get good at recognizing your own emotions. A feelings chart can help. You can choose one or a dozen emotions you might be feeling right now or in certain situations. Even if those feelings conflict, they’re all valid and true. Then you can attune with others. At first, it might feel like an arbitrary way of talking to someone. But the fact that you’re doing it and with such care means it is real—and it will feel very real and gratifying to the other person. Reduce the intake of toxins by only drinking water that has been filtered with a premium filter, such as a Berkey Filter or a distiller, or water from a spring in a glass bottle. Also, get a premium filter for your shower head—your skin absorbs stuff, too. Food. Eat fresh and organic whole-plant food—fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and seeds. Do not eat packaged or processed foods. If you eat meat or eggs, make sure it is organic and has been grass-fed (such as beef), pasture-raised (chickens/eggs) or wild-caught (seafood). Exercise. Walk daily. Do resistance training (such as weights) a few times a week. Don’t over exercise—moderate is plenty sufficient. Sleep. Slow down an hour or so before bed. Turn off screens. Many artists with immense talent may struggle to get started as a professional artist.  Here are my recommendations. Marketing Website You can hire a web designer later.  You need a website immediately. Go to a website address URL purchaser such as GoDaddy.com.  Purchase a URL that is something like yournameart.com or yournamestudio.com or yournamepainter.com. Then go to Wix.com and purchase this website template: https://www.wix.com/website/templates/html/all/7?screen=preview&template-slug=1589 Do not purchase a URL on Wix.com.  You already have one on GoDaddy. Fill out the information on the website on the Wix.com website template and upload images. Then place the Wix.com website on your GoDaddy.com web address URL.  This will take some work to figure out how to do.  Do the work.
